Terry recently became widowed and found it difficult to cope with everyday living. Most of his friends have passed away and his family lives interstate. Terry was socially isolated and had become quite depressed. Terry was referred to LMSS by his GP and is now enjoying a new found independence with our Social Support programs.

Mary and Jim have been a very independent couple. Due to recent illness and frailty they are unable to continue living independently. After developing a care plan to suit their individual needs both Mary and Jim are able to remain at home with support services provided by LMSS.

Phillips needed to find new ways to channel his creativity and common interests. Through our NDIS program we have matched Phillip with a Support Worker who has similar interests as him. Together they are enjoying many diverse activities and his carer is able to enjoy a well deserved break and pursue her own interests.
